They love being able to move to the beat, suggest songs for warm-ups, and feel like they're part of a more dynamic environment. The speaker has created a sense of excitement and anticipation every class—students come in asking, \"What's on the playlist today?\"\r\n\r\nOne of the most rewarding parts has been seeing how some of my quieter or more hesitant students have come out of their shells. They're now more eager to participate. Students who were already excited for music class were able to enjoy music videos, rhythm reading exercises, classic concerts, and movement activities. With the television and stand, I was able to present a google slides presentation tailored for each of the 21 sections of students that I work with. \r\n\r\nThe true benefit of this project was convenience and organization. The television and stand allowed me to avoid using a projector where students would walk in front of the screen, students would hurt their eyes, and also allowed me to avoid needing to move a media cart back and forth when I wanted to project. The learning environment has truly been improved, and students have developed a strong love for music and instruments.
