Our new soccer goals have also allowed students to participate in more structured games and skill activities without relying on broken or makeshift equipment.\r\n\r\nThe body composition scale has helped us connect physical activity to our larger lessons about health and wellness. Rather than focusing only on performance, students can learn about different measures of physical health and how exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits affect the body. The TV has allowed me to turn an otherwise limited indoor space into another area where students can be active. Students have especially enjoyed using it for Just Dance as part of their cardiovascular workouts, giving them another fun and approachable way to get their heart rates up and experience cardio beyond traditional running and sports.\r\n\r\nThe rolling whiteboard has become something we use every day. Students can immediately see their agenda and learning targets when they arrive, and I can use the board throughout class for diagrams, visual examples, instructions, and demonstrations. Also, the tweezer sets help to allow my students prepare their own wet mount slides using onion layers. \r\n\r\nThe classroom supplies, such as tissues, flashcards, scissors, pencils, paper, and pencil sharpener just help things to run smoothly in class. They also help to \"level the playing field\" for students to don't have to same access to resources as others due to financial hardships.
