My students were excited to learn about the new equipment, and even more excited when it arrived, installed, and ready to be used.\r\n The students who aren't particularly keen on bulking up with heavy weights in our school's weight room, were the most thrilled about the new equipment. These students' goals are more geared towards getting leaner, improving muscular endurance, and enhancing whole-body muscle definition. By using these lighter weight dumbbells, they can combine calisthenics with weight training to achieve their goals. The new volleyballs were also greatly needed for our new outdoor volleyball courts.\r\n Thank you again for your support to education.
