Students already view the library as a welcoming space, and these items will help it continue to be a place where they can relax, create, and connect with one another.\r\n\r\nThe slushie machine has generated the most excitement. Students are eager to take responsibility for helping prepare and sell frozen coffees and slushies, knowing their hard work will directly benefit their peers. They are learning firsthand how teamwork, responsibility, and dedication can turn a fun idea into real support for their library.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, the funds raised will help us purchase new books and expand our makerspace resources, creating more opportunities for students to read, explore, and innovate. My classroom is a self passed computer program where students are allowed to work on the assigned subjects at there own time. Some of my students in fact several l, due to financial co strains don't have access to a computer at home.
