I have seen firsthand how motivated my students are when they know they are working toward earning a small reward. What may seem like a simple snack has become a powerful tool for building a positive and productive learning environment.\r\n\r\nI plan to continue ordering snacks so that I can maintain this system of encouragement and support. My next steps include preparing for our upcoming community service project, where students will collect and donate pet supplies for members of our homeless community who care for animals. Many of my students have ADD or ADHD, and these chair bands allow them to move while remaining seated and focused.
