While a traditional textbook can be one-size-fits-all, these digital resources allow me to customize and differentiate my lessons. For example, I can find interactive digital activities and engaging hands-on projects that make abstract math and computer science concepts come to life. This is especially important for my upper-level students who need to move beyond theory and apply their knowledge in creative ways. By using these prepared resources, I can spend less time creating materials and more time working directly with students who need extra support or a greater challenge.\r\nMy students are most excited about the variety and creativity of the lessons. Instead of doing the same types of problems, they get to engage with dynamic activities, like building a program that solves a real-world problem or using a digital escape room to review a challenging topic. They love the element of surprise and the different learning styles these resources offer. It makes learning feel fresh and interactive, which keeps them engaged and motivated.\r\nI've seen the most dramatic change in my students who sometimes struggle with traditional lecture-based learning. For example, I have one student who is very hands-on but would often get lost in a textbook lesson. When we used a TPT resource that involved coding a simple game, they completely lit up. They were able to work at their own pace and troubleshoot problems independently. Another student, who is usually very quiet, has become much more vocal and confident in class because they can now easily follow along with the interactive lessons and contribute their ideas. These resources allow me to reach every student, no matter how they learn.","fullyFundedDate":1742916345928,"projectUrl":"project/getting-valuable-resources-while-saving/9197029/","projectTitle":"Getting Valuable Resources While Saving Time","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. McGivney","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4422136_orig.jpg?crop=1113,1113,x48,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1651686493663","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mcgmath"},{"teacherId":8692737,"projectId":8544090,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation, which has played a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive space for high school students. Your support has truly made a difference in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.\r\n\r\nThis project has had a profound impact on our students, helping them feel more confident and engaged in the classroom. It provides them with a safe haven where they can reach out for help without fear of judgment.
