Your support has allowed us to provide meaningful rewards that motivate our middle school students to demonstrate kindness, responsibility, respect, and positive behavior throughout the school day. What may seem like a small reward can mean so much to a student who has worked hard to earn it.\r\n\r\nThrough our PBIS program, students earn Mustang Bucks for making positive choices, helping others, demonstrating good citizenship, and meeting school expectations. They can then visit our Mustang Store to exchange their hard-earned Bucks for rewards. These opportunities teach students valuable lessons about goal setting, responsibility, patience, and the importance of making good decisions. Our students look forward to visiting the store, and having a variety of rewards available makes their accomplishments even more meaningful.\r\n\r\nBeyond the rewards themselves, this project has helped us continue building a school culture where students feel recognized, encouraged, and appreciated. We want every student to understand that their positive actions matter and that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Moving forward, we will continue using our Mustang Store to celebrate student achievements, encourage positive behavior, and create opportunities for students to feel successful. Through our \"You Matter\" project, we have been able to focus on something incredibly important: reminding students that their emotional well-being matters just as much as their academic success. Middle school can be a challenging time, and providing students with positive experiences that encourage kindness, self-expression, and friendship can make a lasting difference.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, we have the materials needed to bring activities such as \"What Fills Your Cup,\" positive affirmation stations, creative reflections, and collaborative games to life. The art supplies and hands-on activities encourage students to express themselves, while the instant photo printer allows us to capture special moments and celebrate the friendships and connections being built on campus. These experiences help create a welcoming environment where students can participate, build confidence, and feel a stronger sense of belonging within our school community.\r\n\r\nWhat makes this project especially meaningful is that it goes beyond a single activity or celebration. The materials can continue supporting opportunities for students to practice kindness, develop positive relationships, and recognize their own self-worth.
