This project will provide a new laptop so that I can reliably connect with my students for remote learning in special education reading and writing classes. It is my goal to continue their phonemic awareness and developmental reading while we are not able to connect in person. My enthusiastic special education learners have been doing their best to interact remotely during this pandemic. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement through an up to date technology source. When we can safely return to our school building, I will continue using the laptop to project lesson materials onto the classroom large screen monitor.

About my class
