The key chains have become fun motivational rewards that students proudly attach to their backpacks and lanyards, helping build classroom community and school spirit. The snacks have been especially impactful during long school days, giving students an extra boost of energy and helping them stay focused during lessons and collaborative activities.\r\n\r\nOne memorable moment happened during a small group activity when a student who normally struggles to participate became excited to contribute after earning a classroom reward. Students also use the podium often during public speaking class. Being able to dress up the plain wood front with some colorful contact paper makes it more fun to stand up there and gives the audience a little something different to look at. \r\n\r\nIt's also very helpful to have end tables to put at the arms of the couch we have. This helps students be able to work together and spread out around the room with a space for their materials.
