Our middle school has three self contained classrooms for special needs students. These students love to be able to interact with their typically developing peers and to participate in mainstream activities offered throughout the school. They come to the Media Center once a week for storytime and to check out books.\r\n\r\nYour financial gifts allow me to purchase new books that are at their reading level which is significantly lower than most of the student body. They love having a better selection to pick from.
