Newton's laws are part of our everyday life and a fundamental concept in physics. This project will have my students building LEGO contraptions and recording a video to educate others on Newton's laws. With the LEGO kits and a bit of imagination my students will gain a better understanding of each of Newton's laws. Students will be required to introduce each of the laws in their video using text and/or voice over. They will then make three separate LEGO contraptions or one large contraption that demonstrates each of Newton's laws. They will record their contraption(s) at work and make sure that each of the three laws is clearly stated, clearly demonstrated and an explanation is given! They close their videos with a summary of their project and its purpose.
