I agree that it's cute, but care more about their language development and learning in the dramatic play area. Each student puts on the Dr uniform and gets to work! It's great to see underprivileged children acting out a career where they might not otherwise see themselves, except that it is given to them and they are shown how to use the tools in the play center. The other day, a little girl (who is the \"expert\" vet because she loves it so much and just sort of bosses the other vets around :)) asked me what the brush is used for. I showed her how a Veterinarian will groom an animal if need be. She smiled from ear to ear and got right to work. \r\n\r\nThis donation changes our community and the way children see themselves in society. It's much more than play to them.
