I work at a school where 85% of students receive free or reduced lunch. My students are aged 4-5 years old and for many this is their first time away in a school setting. My students are curious, full of energy and life! They love learning new skills and are proud of their own successes and those of their peers. They are almost always happy and eager to learn! My ultimate goal is to give my students a positive learning experience in a school setting, setting the foundation for a love of learning & a love of school. Students learn best through hands-on experiences and through the process rather than always have to produce a product so I strive to give them these activities. We are a classroom family learning patience, empathy & acceptance for everyone.
