Some of those series are consistent throughout the years, others come and go. These series are so well-loved that the books are often returned in a rough state. With your donation, I was able to replace many of our beloved books. \r\n\r\nMany of these series were missing several books. For avid readers, it was hard to know we didn't have the missing pieces. We were able to replace complete sets so avid readers could get the full storyline. \r\n\r\nThe excitement circulating with the addition of these books was visible. Certain classes would come in and check out the entire series of books. In the next class, they would immediately come in and tell me that this person wanted that person's book and so on. With a little book switcheroo, the entire series was checked out from the library again. \r\n\r\nIn a library, there is something so special about watching a student read through a complete series of books.
