It has been amazing to watch their little hands work so hard while their faces light up when they recognize letters they know. \r\nThe writing instruction book set and pencils have already made a huge difference at our writing center. They books give my students simple, engaging ways to learn how to draw pictures and begin writing with a purpose. Our new pencils are the perfect size and help them build the fine motor strength they need, and many students now choose writing as a center because it feels fun, not frustrating. The students absolutely love using the Ladybug Alphabet Spinners during journal time and at our writing center. \r\nYour donation has truly made a big impact in our classroom. My students absolutely love the fish tank and will often take breaks just to sit and look at the fish. The weighted dog has been useful several times when a student feels sad and misses someone from home. Just a few minutes holding the dog and they instantly feel better and more relaxed. Our students were mesmerized with our decorated hallways showing their country's flag. About 100 of our students performed a dance from a country for the rest of our students, staff and parents.
