I am asking for six Dell Chromebook computers with Google EDU management console licenses and headphones and seven Beikin Speaker Headphone splitters. My students need the extra stimulation computers provide to help them better understand and practice grammar in reading. The story comes alive for them on the computer. Spanish speaking students are especially helped in this way. Computers open the world outside of our classroom and students will benefit tremendously from having Chromebooks readily available. My students will grow much faster being able to use a computer to read online books and work on math story problem. They visualize learning in a way that helps them grow. My students will use these 6 computers and headphones for small group work to make progress towards being on grade level at a faster pace. They will be able to work on individualized projects that I provide.
