With the help of your donation, I was able to purchase numerous items needed for students to have hands-on indoor farming experiences. So far this year, we have used the Back to the Roots Microgreens kits. Students used water from our 90 gallon classroom aquarium to water their seeds. Then, they were able to take their kits home with them over the Thanksgiving holiday break to continue growing their microgreens and eventually eat them with their families.
