Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I've been out of the classroom for over 17 years, and am so excited to go back to teaching! But I have zero supplies, no books, no math manipulatives, nothing!! Anything will help me!!

I love teaching.

I've decided to go back to 5th grade to really prepare our kids for middle school and beyond! After 17 years in middle school, I know what kids need, to be successful after elementary school!

The reason I am asking for such random items is because I have an empty classroom. Having games like plinko will engage all students in learning. Whiteboards are a necessity to see the students "thinking" through math problems.

I'm open to any donation, big and small! I am looking forward to this huge transition and amazing opportunity!
