Students in 4th grade have never used calculators before and not having to share 4 calculators for one student is making a world of difference. This past week, each student got to use their calculator for the first time. They practiced typing in numbers, finding the correct operation, and realizing that it was a solar panel charging device. They enjoyed practicing adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplying.
