This year is off to a great start, largely thanks to your generosity! We were able to begin our learning journey during the first week of school because all of my students had supplies available to them to hit the ground running---which is no small feat with 7 classes, some of them with more than thirty students in the room at the same time. \r\n\r\nFor the first time in my nineteen years teaching at my school, all of my students are on-pace because they have the tools they need to succeed, not only the direct learning materials, but also equipment to help them cope with anxiety. The fidget bands for chairs and squishy toys have been particularly useful! \r\n\r\nI know the 2026-2027 school year is going to be amazing for my students because they feel the love and encouragement coming to them from people they don´t even know---they feel seen, and often that is the biggest motivator of all. Knowing that people believe enough in them to support them in the educational arena allows them to truly shine and show how far they can go.\r\n\r\nThank you for caring about my students, education, and our future.
