Some years ago a research study published that teachers make 1,500 decisions in a day. Thank you for helping me not exceed that number! You need a pencil? It's right there! You finished your book? Here's a sticker for being awesome! Not to mention the arsenal of sticky notes for exit tickets, annotations, and connection activities. Not having to worry about materials needed to help my students has alleviated my decision making process. \r\n\r\nAdditionally, students are using the materials to meet our daily learning targets. \r\n\r\nYour gift has impacted student learning and engagement.","fullyFundedDate":1755289652207,"projectUrl":"project/supply-it-and-they-will-learn/9488324/","projectTitle":"Supply It and They Will Learn","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Kendell","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp3211742_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1508427895333","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3211742"},{"teacherId":7948169,"projectId":9457143,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting our classroom project! Your generosity has brought an incredible boost of energy, possibility, and excitement into my junior high math room. My students come from a community where resources are often stretched thin, but their resilience, curiosity, and willingness to learn never waver. Your gift is already making a meaningful difference in their daily experience. Because of you, our classroom is transforming into a more dynamic, hands-on, and student-centered learning environment.\r\n\r\nWe've already started using the magnetic graphing grids during our unit on linear relationships, and they've enabled students to better interact with the material. These grids and calculators have allowed students to engage in kinesthetic learning by creating opportunities for movement within the classroom w and better understand the concepts we are learning.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, my students feel seen, supported, and valued. They are gaining confidence not just in math, but in themselves. These tools will continue to impact hundreds of learners in the years to come, helping them build critical thinking, curiosity, and a belief that they can succeed.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our classroom and in the futures of these incredible young people. Your generosity doesn't just provide materials—it creates opportunities, expands possibilities, and sends a powerful message that their education matters.","fullyFundedDate":1753125318381,"projectUrl":"project/plotting-the-path-to-math-success-with-h/9457143/","projectTitle":"Plotting the Path to Math Success With Hands-on Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Bradley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7948169_orig.jpg?crop=1842,1842,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1660000275537","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7948169"},{"teacherId":8295050,"projectId":8966042,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation! My students absolutely love the 3D printer. We have used it for more things than I originally thought we would use it for. \r\nWe have printed various math manipulatives to use for hands-on learning including circles for finding radii, diameter, and circumference. We printed math sticks that snap together to create triangles for our unit on side lengths of triangles and Pythagorean Theorem. And we have printed fidgets and prizes for students to earn for achieving academic and behavioral goals. \r\nMy students love coming into the classroom and seeing what's printing. Some of them have even learned how to use the printer and will choose what we print next. \r\nOne thing that I did not expect to happen was that my students would come up with ideas of what to print. We are currently learning about percents and ratios and they have shared ideas of how we could use 3D printed items to practice finding ratios and percents. \r\nYour donation has been an invaluable tool in our classroom and we are beyond grateful for your donation.
