There are many students that are missing school for various reasons. Some reasons why there have been more students absent from school include but are not limited to: Covid, anxiety, depression, Dr. appointments, other illnesses, no consequences for truancy etc. Students do not always have the skills to maneuver between online programs to complete and submit their work and this can lead to unnecessary frustration. By offering hard copies for those students that struggle with the digital world it can save on a lot of grief because it helps them transition more easily between lessons and assignments. Between IEPs, evaluations, eligibility, transitions, observations, behavior plans, class assignments etc., departments go through a lot of paper. Please consider donating to my department so that we can help our students be as successful as they can be. Thank you!
