We how so much fun learning about Amplitude and Frequency in this project.\r\n\r\nWe took turns playing each instrument and listening for high and low pitches as well as loud and soft sounds. The singing bowls provide a wonderful sound illustration since the sound travels for so long. It also provides a wonderful mindful moment since it requires students to listen carefully to the beginning and end of the sound.\r\n\r\nThe students also loved hearing the difference between the soprano recorder and the garklein recorder. The garklein recorder is very small in comparison, so it was a great illustration of the scientific fact that larger is lower and smaller is higher. \r\n\r\nI look forward to sharing this recourses with many students this year and in years to come.","fullyFundedDate":1752586338642,"projectUrl":"project/a-beautiful-vibration-sound-energy-thro/9415671/","projectTitle":"A Beautiful Vibration: Sound Energy Through Music","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Missal","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9220602"},{"teacherId":8654839,"projectId":9247388,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for funding my classroom rug!
