My students have loved having these items to unwind after tests and it has been amazing how much engagement has increased. \r\nEvery day I have students asking to use the sensory items. Sometime they are just kneading the play dough while they are listening to lecture, and the retention has been much better. \r\nFurther, with the law passed by the Utah Legislature regarding cellphone use in the classroom, I was worried about enforcing the law and ruining my relationship with students.
