We have been able to use the yoga mats for fitness testing with sit-ups, play games using the mats and do stretches on them. It is much nicer and less slippery than the gym floor. The gymnastics mat has been used for basic gymnastics practices as well as several games. One favorite game is one where each team needs a mat. Previously, I only had 3 mats so one team had to use tape on the floor instead of an actual mat. It is so great to have a new mat. This equipment has been put to great use. \r\n\r\nThanks again for your donation. The spot markers have become one of our most engaging literacy tools. My students hop from marker to marker to spell out sight words, turning reading practice into a movement game that keeps every learner excited and involved.\r\n\r\nThe magnetic letters have also become part of our daily routine. As we learn new phonics rules, my students build words with the letters to practice blending and segmenting. They beg to use them every single day, and it has been amazing to see how much more confident they are when they can physically build and manipulate the sounds we're learning.\r\n\r\nWe are also using the math manipulatives during our groups, especially the addition and subtraction games. These tools have noticeably increased engagement and helped students strengthen their math fact fluency. Even students who usually hesitate with math are jumping in and participating with enthusiasm.\r\n\r\nTheir reactions when everything first arrived were priceless—lots of excitement, exploring, sorting, and immediate \"Can we use these today?\" questions.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, we're now moving into more structured reading and math rotations where students can practice skills in hands-on, meaningful ways. These manipulatives are helping them gain confidence while keeping learning fun and accessible.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in my students and giving them tools that make learning come alive.
