The teachers have had to make some adjustments including teaching multiple grade levels and/or multiple subjects. All of these materials were able to be utilized regardless. \r\n\r\nWe have now been in school two weeks and our students have used the dry erase markers and erasers numerous times to work out problems on our white board tables. The pre-sharpened pencils are available when students do not come prepared and hence means their learning is not stifled. Batteries are being used for the calculators that the students rely on to check math work. Colored pencils are already being used by all students for various projects in all subjects. Math and Science teachers have the graph paper ready for those units to practicing graphing and tesselations. Of course, we are trying to build morale, so the motivational stickers are helping as students love adding these to notebooks and water bottles. \r\n\r\nStudents have been most appreciative to have these materials readily available.\r\n\r\nAs teachers are adjusting to our new teaching expectations, we are always looking for ways to benefit our students and the areas they need support.
