I teach in a school that lacks funding for resources. At times, someone may find some money somewhere to get a few odds and ends. It is so discouraging when you see students who have so little in life come to school wanting to learn and discover, but are addled with the fact that money is an issue for the school they attend as well. For the most part, the students I teach are good kids and are looking for ways to better their lot in life. I want to be able to provide some of the means and inspiration for them to acquire knowledge and life skills that will aid them in their future endeavors.

About my class
