Last year, I spent valuable class time physically collecting papers from every desk. This year, students independently walk up and submit their own work directly into the turn-in trays, giving them accountability and saving precious instructional time. Having my daily teaching materials right beside me in the desktop organizer keeps my lessons organized and seamless.\r\n\r\nRight now, students are building core skills through daily practice activities. The project centered around dry erase boards for each student and 3d shapes. This may not sound like much, but these have a huge impact on student learning in my classroom. \r\n\r\nToday, I am using the dry erase boards to make the lesson stick. I will assign 2 problems for review to do on the dry erase boards. Each student will show their work, and I will go around the classroom to check their work.
