One of the standards for psychology is for students to examine how psychological and personality disorders are diagnosed, classified and treated. As far as I have been able to find, there is no reliable and easy-to-use resource online where students can access these criteria for disorders. That is where this copy of the DSM-5 comes in handy! It literally fits in your hand! The DSM-5 will help my AP psychology students to see how disorders are classified and with what criteria professional psychiatrists diagnose common disorders. My students will use the DSM-5 to correctly diagnose characters from film and literature using the criteria from the manual.
