The magnet tiles and puzzle pieces were a huge hit. Students used them between assignments and they helped them grasp the difference between a prism and a pyramid. \r\n\r\nThe robot project was a huge hit! Students taped together 3D objects and found the total surface area. They were challenged to view physical objects in new ways and this project really stretched their imaginations. Their view of surface area was solidified. The students in the middle of the class especially appreciate the longer 15ft cables! \r\n\r\nThe extension cords pair well with the 65W chargers. One problem I had in the past is I bought low-power chargers because they were less expensive. But they don't perform as well. These bigger chargers will not just keep the chromebooks running while students are in class, but actually charge their batteries while students work so they still have charge in their next class, too. \r\n\r\nMeanwhile, I have had a half-dozen students eagerly trying out the blue bands that go around desks so their feet can fidget in their chairs while their brains are on other topics.
