As a result of the pandemic and virtual learning, my students sat at home and had little to no physical activity. By using the parachute as well as the activity sets (i.e. toss and catch ball set) students will be able to focus on gross motor skills. Additional adaptive physical education equipment will aide in socialization skills as well as transition skills during cohesive and cooperative play. Teaching my students a variety of physical activities and leisure skills (by using the Octagon Markers) will prepare them to live as independently as possible.
