The students were really excited for them the first day we got them out and they continue to ask to use them as soon as they get independent work done. They loved being able to move around the room, sit alone or in groups to practice their facts.\r\n Math fact memorization continues to be discussed among elementary teachers and how to get kids to memorize them. This is a fun and engaging way and something different than their normal computer programs we have. Just getting them engaged and excited to practice their facts was my main goal. I even had several kids say that they were going to ask for one of these for Christmas! Kids asking for math at Christmas time?
