One of my students came to school with a broken pair of shoes. We were immediately able to give him a new pair and his eyes lit up with joy and excitement. \r\nAnother example was when a student was wearing shoes that were too small. When we gifted her a pair of just right shoes she couldn't contain her gratitude.
