My students need sensory experiences incorporated into their day to help them learn! In order for my students to understand their world, they need to understand their sense. Through sensory experiences, my students are able to focus and engage in learning because they have a better understanding of the world and their bodies. These items are important for my kiddos to understand their senses! The spin disc will help my students receive a form of vestibular input which help with balance. The liquid floor titles will help my students with visual input, to help with hand-eye coordination. The silly shapes will help my students with tactile sensitivities engage his/her in tactile sensory integration activities. The weighted cuddly companion will give my students the same calming effects of a deep hug, which will be useful to kids who struggle with emotional regulation. Thank you for helping me create a safe and accommodating environment for my students' needs!
