The students love the new cozy feel as they sit for lessons and stories. The bright colors are fun and inviting. Each morning, the students are excited to come to school and sit in their spots to begin our day. The clear square spots give children the independence to get to their carpet spots for lessons. My students and I were SO excited when we saw the rug being delivered. They were even more excited seeing it in the classroom! In an inclusive classroom like ours, creating a space where every student feels welcomed, valued, and ready to learn is our highest priority. Your thoughtful gift has provided us with the perfect foundation, both literally and figuratively, to foster that environment.\r\n\r\nThe impact of the rug was immediate. Our students are now able to sit nicely during group lessons, with each child having their own designated, comfortable spot to focus and engage. For many of our learners, having a defined personal space helps them feel secure and grounded, which has significantly improved their comfort and participation during story time and community circles. It has truly transformed our floor into a vibrant, cozy hub of collaboration and discovery.\r\n\r\nWe are so grateful for your support of public education and your commitment to making a difference in the lives of our students. This rug will continue to comfort and inspire our class for a long time to come. Thank you for investing in our classroom and helping us build a more comfortable, inclusive space where all of our students can thrive.","fullyFundedDate":1772550447851,"projectUrl":"project/a-classroom-rug-to-sit/9964082/","projectTitle":"A Classroom Rug to Sit","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Segan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10315306_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1760890506857","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10315306"},{"teacherId":2761907,"projectId":9675362,"letterContent":"The new library bins have brought this tiny section of the classroom to life! They are big enough for the kiddos to carry the bins themselves, as well as to look through them. These bins have made it easier for me to organize the different genres and books as well. \r\n\r\nThe students use these bins specifically every day during cool down time. The table captains grab a bin for the table to look through and read. Also, every Monday, the kiddos get to book shop and take a certain amount of books home to read for the week. I love how easily the kiddos can now use the books with the new bins, as well as the durability because accidents happen and bins fall to the ground.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for making my classroom library more vibrant, accessible and organized.","fullyFundedDate":1758822922933,"projectUrl":"project/loving-library/9675362/","projectTitle":"Loving Library","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Macedonio","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2761907_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1533001645053","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/msglash"},{"teacherId":3456405,"projectId":9715209,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity in creating a strong and organized classroom library.
