One feature that they love is that they are able write on the tables and erase with the touch of a button. This makes the tablets much better than dry-erase boards and dry-erase markers because they don't get messy. Also, this is a time saver because they require less time to distribute and clean up. I love the fact that the tablets are rechargeable and there is not need to keep buying batteries, which is cost effective and more eco-friendly. They assembled each package with the personal care items you were able to provide along with the hats, gloves and socks to make their day a little brighter. The students felt a sense of purpose and pride. I watched as each student carefully made sure their package was complete with all of the items. However, the biggest surprise I received was when we asked the students to create cards with a kind message to the person who would receive the package. I was amazed that the students spent most of their time formulating what they wanted to write and decorating the cards. The feeling that someone was going to be changed by the package they created really hit home for each of them. \r\nI was so proud of each and everyone of the students. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to teach such a valuable lesson to our students.
