Your contribution has already made a meaningful impact on our students. The new materials have brought our GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) program to life in exciting and tangible ways.\r\n\r\nTo foster innovation, critical thinking, and hands-on learning, we're using these resources to explore STEM concepts through inquiry-based projects, engineering challenges, and open-ended design tasks. Whether building models, designing eco-friendly cities, experimenting with simple machines, or creating a Rube Goldberg machine, my students are now able to dive deeper into complex problem-solving in a way that's engaging and fun.\r\n\r\nWe've already begun using the supplies to explore simple machines—including pulleys, levers, and inclined planes. Students worked in teams to design and test mini contraptions, figuring out how everyday materials like string, marbles, cardboard, and PVC pipe could be transformed into working machines. \r\n\r\nUp next, students will apply their understanding of simple machines to build their own Rube Goldberg devices. They'll be using many of the same materials—along with their growing confidence and creativity—to take on even bigger challenges.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in our students.
