My other flexible seating chairs were very worn out and then when my students walked in the morning I got these new ones they were so surprised!! All of these wiggle chairs are uniform where as before I just took people's unwanted chairs so I had a lot of different sizes and worn down chairs. The tops are wide enough for all my learners and I have more now so I can offer the wiggle chairs to more students. The picnic chair are also a very popular choice as well but the darker color helps hide any accidental marker or crayon stains. I truly appreciate you as I can allow students to choose where they want to sit each day as kindergarteners need room to move and learn at the same time. \r\n\r\nThe decodables have also been helpful because it gives students practice the blends and digraphs we are also working hard on in class. During their read to self time while I pull reading groups they get to use the decodables to really practice those skills with me or on their own and they love the new books. \r\n\r\nYou are empowering future leaders and I am so grateful for your donation.","fullyFundedDate":1742935701674,"projectUrl":"project/flexible-seating-and-targeted-reading/9058199/","projectTitle":"Flexible Seating and Targeted Reading","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Goins","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4619721_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1502115540009","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4619721"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_49527","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":364,"numTeachers":23,"percentFrplEligible":42,"percentAsian":3,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":57,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":33,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"15.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":59.3,"schoolId":49527,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Jacks Valley Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Jacks Valley Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/nevada/douglas-county-school-district/jacks-valley-elementary-school/49527"}
