With so many of our students entering school without any basic skills, these books fit their needs. \r\n\r\nI love to watch the expressions on my students' faces as they successfully decode and read the basic words that these new books contain. As they finish one book, they now have the opportunity to select another book that contains similar words, but has a different storyline. \r\n\r\nWhat is even more enjoyable to me is that as the students successfully read and finish a few books, they are motivated to read more.
