Because of your support, my classroom has been transformed into a more organized, vibrant, and welcoming space for my students. It's more than just \"supplies\" to us; it's an investment in my students' daily comfort and success.\r\nThe stacking stools have brought a sense of community into our space as we gather in small groups to collaborate on assignments or for partner shares while buddy reading. The nameplates and carpet dots give the students a sense of belonging and \"ownership\" over their workspace. The crayons, stickers, treats, and treasure box prizes have sparked excitement for learning and reaching goals. The organizational tools, like the mesh pouches and labels for bins and notes, have helped my students take pride in maintaining our beautiful new space.\r\nSeeing the students' faces light up as they entered the room after delivery day and spied the new stacking stools, stickers, carpet dots, and prizes made every ounce of effort I put into this project worth it. One student exclaimed, \"What?! This is the best day ever!\" Your kindness has reminded my students that there is a whole community of people rooting for them. During presentations, they proudly use the new rolling chair to share their hard work as authors. I am also enjoying the increased mobility the chair provides as I move through the classroom to assist students with their work. A couple of them commented on how good the new books smelled. \r\n It is a true pleasure to experience this fun story through the eyes of enthusiastic 4th and 5th grade children. They enjoy taking turns reading aloud to the whole group and they are full of predictions about what will happen to the main character next. We only have about 20 minutes of reading time four days a week, which helps keep the students engaged with the story. \r\n Thanks to generous people like you, my students get to experience the fun of reading literature about kids similar to themselves.
