Through these hands-on experiences, students will build creativity, problem-solving skills, fine-motor skills, confidence, and the ability to express their ideas through art.\r\n\r\nFor many of my students, art is a place where they can take risks, try something new, and feel successful. As students arrange pieces to guide balls through pathways, they are experimenting with cause and effect, spatial awareness, and basic engineering concepts. They learn to predict outcomes, test ideas, and make adjustments when something doesn't work, which builds persistence and flexible thinking.
