The intense overhead lighting in the classroom can be overwhelming for some students. These orb lights helped provide enough lighting so the students could work, but they are soft enough that they offered a calming atmosphere to our classroom. Using our brand new color printer has been wonderful. Students love their bright and lively activities. Having happy and cheerful activities, helps even my most reluctant learners to participate in academic tasks. I have seen an increase in participation since I have been able to print in color. \r\n\r\nI have also used the color printer to communicate with parents about upcoming school events and help them help their children at home. I've been able to print decodable readers for the students to read to their parents.
