The mini white board easels in particular have gotten the most use, with students showing their math solutions and practicing their vocabulary words on almost a daily basis. The array of dry erase markers is allowing us to create color coded visuals during problem solving, which is greatly improving understanding of math content. The colors are also helping students see patterns with word roots. \r\n\r\nSeveral students have been independently accessing the content specific resource guides to help clarify their understanding of grade level content. The Spanish pages have been especially helpful with verb conjugations and vocabulary acquisition. Students have also commented that the math sheets are a great resource for identifying formulas and seeing visual models of worked out problems. \r\n\r\nOut of everything we received, students have been most excited about the snacks! We have established a daily routine in which students complete a daily check in during snack, thus supporting social skills building and adding accountability measures.
