We've been able to begin using our new resources and it has made a world of a difference. Students in our Student Support Center are from various grade levels and receive a lot of individual assistance. We have used the binders to organize their work for the week. The binder system makes it easy for students to access their assignments independently. We are still a little early into the school year, but will be starting social skills groups soon. In these groups students will be able to learn skills to help manage emotions and learn to effectively communicate. We will be reading the book and giving them all a calming stone that they can carry with them daily. The magnetic tiles allow students to physically build words, change individual sounds, and practice phonics patterns while working with classmates. During small-group instruction, students can use the tiles to build and read words, helping them see how sounds and letters work together. The materials have made our phonics practice feel more like an interactive activity than a worksheet.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, they were immediately excited to touch, move, and explore the magnetic letters and sound tiles. They especially loved being able to build words themselves and make changes to create new words. The new materials have brought excitement, organization, and engagement into our daily learning routines. Students use the dry erase boards and markers during reading and math lessons to practice skills independently and share their thinking with confidence. The clipboards and dividers have helped create flexible learning spaces where students can focus and work collaboratively. One of our favorite moments was seeing students light up when they realized they had brand-new crayons and special tools just for learning. Even our treasure box prizes have become meaningful motivators that encourage positive choices, effort, and kindness throughout the school day.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the new supplies, they were genuinely excited. There were smiles, cheers, and lots of \"Can we use these today?\" moments. Having fresh materials has helped create an environment where students feel valued and excited to learn. Something as simple as a new whiteboard marker or a special classroom reward has made a big impact on student motivation and classroom culture.\r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, students will keep using these resources during small-group instruction, hands-on learning activities, and independent practice. We are always working to build strong readers, mathematicians, and problem-solvers, and these materials help make learning more engaging and meaningful every day. Instead of being stuck in one spot, I'm able to move more freely while still keeping all of my materials organized in one place. This has allowed me to stay more engaged with students and maximize instructional time. The classroom set of pencils has also been a huge help—students always have access to sharpened pencils, which means we spend less time solving small problems and more time focused on learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were so excited. Something as simple as having fresh, ready-to-use pencils made them feel prepared and valued. The laminator has allowed us to create clean, durable materials that make our classroom feel more organized and inviting.
