Some students who did not enjoy cutting before, smiled and participated with the sound that the patterned scissors made on cardstock. Students who speak both Spanish and English at home were able to enjoy bilingual work with the workbooks that you provided, and students working on letter formation enjoyed the Handwriting Without Tears Book.\r\n\r\nThe scented putty that you donated has been a huge hit! Students have tried to find objects within the putty (such as beads) to build up their hand strength. Some students were also given this material to take home over the summer.\r\n\r\nNot only did your donation make these children smile, but it made them feel important and cared for.
