The ankle skips have been a fantastic addition for enhancing rhythm, balance, and cardiovascular fitness in a playful format. The flying discs encourage movement, aim, and spatial awareness, giving students a chance to practice gross motor skills while enjoying a new and exciting activity.\r\n\r\nHaving enough equipment for everyone has also made a big difference in classroom management. Students stay more engaged when they have their own gear to use, and I'm able to run stations or small group activities more efficiently.
