Amazing, diverse, and driven are three adjectives I would use to describe my students. They come from every imaginable background, and they sit together in a class that looks ever so similar to the population of the United States. It's incredible to see how they think, act and learn in so many different ways. School, for some, is a safe haven from uncontrollable situations at home. For others, it is their favorite place to be every day because they are with their friends! Regardless of the struggles, our school community is lively, friendly and energetic. The staff comes to work every day with the students in mind and they care for one another like family. Learning is meaningful, and it shows in the students attitude toward this lovely place. I am blessed!
