The variety has made our classroom reward system even more exciting because students can work toward choosing something that interests them.\r\nWe use these materials to recognize hard work, positive behavior, kindness, and perseverance. The stamps have been especially useful for providing students with immediate positive feedback on their work, while the small prizes give them something to work toward throughout the day. For some of my students, knowing that their effort will be recognized gives them the extra motivation they need to complete an assignment, follow classroom expectations, or keep trying when something is difficult.\r\n\r\nThese materials have helped me make positive reinforcement a consistent part of our classroom routine. Moving forward, we will continue using the prizes and stamps to celebrate progress while helping students build independence, confidence, and pride in their accomplishments.
