First of all, my students were very excited to receive new learning \"toys\". The good thing about these resources is that they meet the needs of all of them. While they all explore and want to discover new things, the readers among them also got to read the accompanying library books as well as explore the Theme Boxes. \r\nThere is truly no substitute for hands-on learning; and that is what you have provided for my classroom. Not only do my students get to learn about topics such as health and safety, the five senses, life cycle and growing things, they can now see and touch concrete objects and materials on these topics, thereby helping them to understand the lessons better. They truly enjoyed \"playing\" and learning with these resources. \r\nThank you for making teaching much easier for me, in addition to sparking curiosity in these young minds. My students and I are truly grateful, as these tools are helping them have better days at school, while the classroom aides and I now have easier days with less stress.\r\nThe resources bought were meant to meet as many students' needs as possible. The weighted butterfly and dog were very helpful for students who needed that weight to help regulate their bodies. The gel letters and shapes helped students learn while at the same time meeting their fidget needs. Some students enjoyed learning as they put the number puzzles together. The more artistic ones took delight in drawing with the MarbleTick. The Calming Tubs helped calm others, while students learned about different textures with the Sensory Hedgehog. There was something for every student. \r\nStudents see these tools and they are happy, as they think it's play time.
