Providing the tools to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes. These materials will help to develop student successes and build self-esteem. This teaching program will be used in the home and in the classroom and will even promote better nutrition and exercise for the entire family. By getting the entire family involved will enable the students to have support from educators and family. By promoting the health and nutrition of my students this will significantly enhance overall educational learning skills with students displaying an increased level of energy in which to learn.
